Sam Kane has lived and worked in Waltham Abbey for 33 years. The family business he runs with his wife Helen has been providing employment in the area for 30 of those years. Together with his wife, Sam is actively involved with community projects and initiatives in and around the town.

“We moved to the Abbey from the East End, as we felt it was the perfect place to raise our family and build our business. In a town such as the Abbey, community is everything. I want to help build a strong and vibrant town, with opportunities for all to feel part of that community.”

Since being elected to represent Honey Lane Ward, Waltham Abbey in 2015, Sam was promoted to the Cabinet in 2017 and currently holds the portfolio for Customer and Corporate Support Services.
