On 22nd August 2015, a memorial for former Conservative Councillor Penny Smith was unveiled by her daughter at Grange Farm Centre in Chigwell. Cllr Smith was a trustee of the Grange Farm Trust and was Chairman until her untimely death in June 2014. Penny memory will remain in our hearts.
