In November Rt Hon Dame Eleanor Laing MP hosted the Speaker of the House of Keys and his colleagues from the Isle of Man.

During the visit, Dame Eleanor brought the delegates to her constituency office. They had a fascinating discussion with members of Epping Forest District Council and Essex County Council about local democracy and what local councils do in the district and across Essex.

Eleanor also too the Speaker of the House of Keys and his colleagues for lunch in 'The Bull' in Theydon Bois where they had a delicious lunch in this friendly local pub.
